Know Before You Go to Mullett Arena – Bag Policy, Cashless Venue, Prohibited Items, Open Times, and Parking

Bag Policy

For Sun Devil Athletic events – Mullett Arena has a CLEAR BAG policy. Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ are allowed.
For Shows & Concerts – Each show may vary. Check the individual Event page. Most will be Clear Bag Policy no larger than 12″x6″x12″ plus small clutch no larger than 4.5″x6.5″
All bags subject to search.

Cashless venue

Mullett Arena is a cashless venue.
Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Credit, debit, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay

Prohibited Items

Outside food or beverage.
Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind.
Signage or flags over 2’x3′ – Signage or attire with obscene, offensive, inappropriate or political material
Animals (except service animals), Outside alcohol, Aerosol cans, Bicycles, Balloons, Beach balls, Blowhorns, Camera tri-pods or selfie sticks, Drones, Drugs, Fireworks, Flags with poles, Frisbees, Laser pens, Professional cameras with detachable lenses, Professional video recording devices, Remote controlled vehicles, Razors, Rollerblades, Scooters, Skateboards, Large (non-retractable) Umbrellas.
Sun Devil Athletics Events – Clear bag policy:
- Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″
- Small clutch no larger than 4.5″x6.5″

Sun Devil Events

- Box Office Opens – 1 hour prior
- Doors Open – 1 hour prior
Concerts & Special Events
- Door times may vary – typically 1 hour prior

Parking

All parking is controlled by ASU Parking
Guest parking will be in Packard Parking Structure parking garage off Packard Drive and 6th Street and/or Novus Parking garage
Parking can be purchased onsite upon arrival with credit card (pre-purchase parking is available through the individual teams online but may incur Ticketmaster service fees)
Parking Fee varies based on event,
- Concerts & shows: varies per show – pre purchase may be available
- Sun Devil Athletics: $15
